CREDIT POLICY & TERMS

• Normal terms are cash.
• Convenient credit granted to approved accounts.
• All accounts due and payable on the 20th of the month following.
• Credit privileges suspended when account is 60 days or more in arrears.
• Agri-finance for extended crop financing must be arranged 60 days in advance.
• Payment by personal cheque requires an active Co-op account in good standing.
• 2% service charge per month, applied to all overdue accounts (26.81% per annum).
• Accounts overdue 90 days or more will be placed for collection (when no working agreement can be reached).

• Applications required for consumer or farm/commercial charge accounts.
• Same day processing of properly completed account applications.
• Approachable security-sensitive credit department staff.
